The 10 steps Korean skincare routine is a boom right now. Everybody wants to have that perfect and glow skin every single day of their lives. And, most importantly, there are people that want to begin this routine, but the fear of not finding vegan skincare products stop them.
That’s why I decided to write this blogpost. To give you some brand names and recommended products to begin this skincare journey.
But now, what do you have to keep in mind when you’re buying skincare products?
Firstly, and most obvious one, you have to look for the cruelty-free bunny logo which means that the products weren’t animal tested.
Secondly, ingredients. There some ingredients that come from animals, and we have to make sure that the products we buy don’t include them.
These ingredients are:
-Oils derived from animals
Now, here we go!
Vegan Skincare Products
A.true uses 8 natural oil mixed with 8 kinds of botanical oil, giving the skin a smooth feeling after cleansing. However, I don’t recommend this one for extremely oily skin.
This brand is not totally vegan, as some of their products have snail mucin and bee venom as ingredients. However, other products, like this cleanser, are totally natural and don’t use any of the ingredients I mentioned before.
Klairs is one of the most popular skincare brands in South Korea. And, even though not all their products are vegan, since some of them include honey, they’re all cruelty-free!
But don’t worry, this product is vegan and I totally love it! It gives the skin a smooth and soft feeling once you use it.
You can say how much I love Klairs. This toner removes the dirt that cleansers couldn’t take off and helps the skin prepare for the next steps. It is for sure one of the most recommended toners from beauty bloggers.
Another a.true product! This product contains antioxidant properties helping brighten the skin and calming irritation. And it helps improve the natural vital power!
As you may know, Serums work great for things like acne, dry skin, and wrinkles. This product helps your skin get smoother and brighter in just a couple of days.
Since I stopped buying face masks a couple of months ago, I don’t recommend any of them. However, there are some natural face masks that you can make at home. For example, green tea+lemon or aloe vera+lemon, that are perfect for oily skin and to control acne.
If you want a whole post about natural face masks, just let me know in the comments!
